My entry - Version 2
Hi Mike, Sorry to hear you've been having some troubles lately and I hope they get resolved. I'm sending you version 2 of my entry which looks to address the helpful comments you made about the previous one: I've taken out the bulleted list and replaced it with a couple of more customer-centric paragraphs, while looking to retain the original list content. The two shorter pieces have been heavily reworded to take a step back from the 'we we we' of the previous version. I hope this is looking closer now to the kind of thing you're looking for.
