  Yes. The frosty white ink can be printed in the same density all over but the designs usually use some halftones and gradients to create shading effects and dimension.

Additionally, they like the background shown here http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Club-Tailed-Dragonfly-Posters_i12464096_.htm. Keep in mind that all designs must be scaleable vectored images that will be used in ovals as large as 21" x 33".
