I need someone to create a svg animation for our loading screen in our app (please use the best format that is usually used for this type of creations). The hand should be white (not green as the attached artwork) with "pulsing rings". I only want to hand and the pulsation (not the small dots thats appears in the attached example). We will create the green gradient background and the copy ourselves.

@bongulo. I think our developer would like it in svg (video format) so that we can change resolution etc. The rings and the hand should be white and "white-ish" just like the animation I've uploaded. Do you mind sending over some sort of idea on how it could look like so that I can ask our developer if it works?

I can offer the animation in .gif format which works well on Andriod and iOS without consuming much storage.
Is that okay for you???
