This is yet another interpretation of your requests. I've simplified the running man, looking for something more abstract. You can read the Y, it has a symmetrical shape, and the three sides are displayed so that they suggest rotation and motion. It looks less like a man, but it has an abstract and professional look. Again, the font used is IrisUPC. The red is R237 G28 B36. The blue is R71 G104 B177. The green is R6 G152 B 72.
