Hello all.

we are a medium size Geomatics company in northern Alberta.

we are looking to add to our branding

we are looking for a basic symbol, like an APP ICON to add to our current "logo" (See attached) something that will work well on hard hat stickers, stationery, trucks.

an image that we can associate with, that can be seen at distance and DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY READING.

www.centerlinegeomatics.ca is our website

we primarily used a "crosshair" in the past but it is overdue for a modern update. I really like the one that is used on http://ca.ign.com/

we really liked the idea of using contour lines from a topo map

it is very unlikely that we are going to be changing the font that we use for our existing logo. if we can come up with something that can replace the dot on the "i" in Centerl"i'ne and also be scaled up to be used as a standalone image perhaps next to a "CGL"

really liking the entries, we were thinking we would like to see "CGL" instead of the whole company name. would love to see what that looks like.
