• We need a wall-mounted square plastic enclosure 3D design.
• The design should include 4 separate pieces:
o Base
o Inner Cover (to cover the electronics)
o Outer Cover
o 5mm clear plastic to show the LED lights (attached with the base)
• The Enclosure should look like “Slice” Media Player, but the LED clear plastic will be all around.
• The inner cover should be attached with the base using snap hooks
• The outer cover should be attached with the base using snap hooks
• Enclosure Internal Dimensions: 150mm X 150mm X 40mm
• The inner cover (Engine Hood like) Dimensions: 15cm X 10cm only
• The base should include openings for wires and screw holes (as attached)
• Plastic Thickness: 2mm
• The design file should be in .STL or .OBJ format for 3D printing

Hello, from the base jpg file, the round items (x7) are the mounting holes for the pcb? wich process you plan to use for the 3d printing? How do you plan to fix to the wall?? (any restriction for mounting holes??) The cables going out from the enclosure : how many? size? where this cables will be connected?

  Yes the x7 mounting hole are for the pcb. I,m not sure which process we will use. we will use the long 3mm opening to fix on the wall.

Also, do You consider using screw from bottom to secure all 3 shell parts (bottom, top and translucent plastic)? If not, it is ok to model some additional details on shells parts to secure translucent part in place?

The PCB screw holes internal diameter is 2.5mm, the external diameter is 5mm, and their height is 4mm above the base.
