A little add on since I realized I only made basic emails, your emails would be segmented between three groups based on their actions from a follow-up, if they're interested in the service they'll be put in a more aggressive group, if they're already planning to hire you and you are already discussing planning and booking they'll have a campaign consisting on providing value and trust, ensuring that after the event they'll refer you to all of their friends and family. Lastly, we have a nurturing group, this group doesn't express too much interest or is unsure, they won't be spammed with emails but will get emails providing value, such as articles to help them plan their wedding until we sneak in a promotional price or articles on the importance of hiring a DJ for your wedding.
