It has two meaning, 1st sounds like 'dicks wagen or wagon like the 'vehicle', and the 2nd meaning could be 'Dick swag on' like he is swagging on, cooling out.Same applies with the second part of it, it's simply 'Flying Dragon' or it could also related the first part and play as a follow up meaning 'Flying Drag on'. like he is dragging on too. SO the meaning of the whole name could be #1 - dick should 'swag' on; he smokes what he 'drags' on. and #2 - Dicks 'wagen' or 'wagon', is a flying Dragon.. here wagon or wagen is the 'Food stand'.
