Every Company or Agency needs to program their available budged according to their business strategy. It is important to know all the voices to be included accordingly to the budget. In my experience in Marketing and PR for a well known bank here in Albania, to be very detailed the budget help you to achieve the wanted results also to measure the benefits you need. if the voices are explained well you can also measure very easily.
