  I agree with David V. that more information is needed on what kind of copy you need written for your website. Do you need slogans, landing text, product pitches, and/or other items done? It would also be good to know if $20 is what you're offering for the whole website's worth of content, or just a starting prize for the person you choose to work on the website.
