Brown Rice, Flax, and Chia Seeds Porridge -Emotion

Ingredients about 1 cup steamed brown rice ½ cup water 2 generous tablespoons ground flax seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon olive oil flaky sea salt and pepper to taste Directions Put steamed rice and water in bowl. Reheat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then allow to cool for about 3 minutes. Stir in flax seeds and chia seeds, both of which will "soak" up any water. Add more water ass needed, but do not reheat the entire bowl of rice and seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
