Preliminary
Mr. Julian, Regarding the floorplan I have a preliminary 3d and views from the road side and the river side.. I just want to define some questions on my mind. You need a masculine, tasteful, well designed elevation for your residential house, and you don't want to see any wood etc. detail. It seems if the floor plan is right, then there is a problem on the front elevation. Is the front elevation just an example? Attached images are just to define if i am on the right way. Yes - a masculine, tasteful, well designed elevation for your residential house, and no use of any wood or any other painted products used on the exterior. There is not a problem with the front elevation its just my interest in making it as attractive as possible using stock metal building components. I also intended to covered the right side porch using the longer span gable. More recently the use of a 1/4 barrow roll canvas canopy has been suggested which might soften the hard look of the metal.
