  Sorry for my unresponsiveness, I'm working abroad on anither continent and hopefully returning home next week to take a deeper look at all submitted entries. I'm searching for manual and possible automatic logging based on preset location or data retrieved from google maps timeline. I'm also looking for individuals for later cooperation, no special UI skills required. Thank you for the submitted entries.

  Thank you all for the interests. Just a basic UI/UX will do. Think about the app from the user perspective instead of the employer. Lets start by manually entering work time (or optionally based on the GPS while at work location with automatic entries) that will be logged into database locally on android device, preferably relational DB. This data will later serve for additional processing rules based on the local law but that I plan to do it as next stage. Would like to have the source code (unlicensed) for later modifications and to see what would be the best programming language to program (eg. Java, kotin etc). I'm open to suggestion about the background tech. Thank you very much. Alex

     Hi, see my post it is completely gathering all the requirements which you point out.
     User logging in and will check in, current time will be set for checkin and it will be saving in local relational database(Data can be use for additional processing). this app can be made in (java/kotlin) if you are interested in my design(You can change it too :) i will give you source code in no time :) , Thank You!
