  I have 10 years experience this field, i am Project mananger of Technas Pvt Ltd. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I have many plans and submissions autocad files. I arrange the labor all kind massons, tilefixer, carpenter, peti contractors ect.

  1. you mentioned 5 feet to be left on 3 sides, so the fourth side needs to be a blank wall or can some windows etc. be provided there? 2. The car entry to the plot will be from the longer side or the shorter side? 3. Do you need internal staircase or should there be an access from outside as well? 4. Do you want a completely open design (i.e., modernistic with an open kitchen and no real partition between various areas of the house) or would you prefer a more traditional plan?

     I like the idea of the open kitchen but no more than that .Rest should be mostly traditional. And the budget is of no issue so you can design whatever you can in the area above just making sure the design is not congested.

  5. What's your budget like? How many people will living here? (your lifestyle will help give me an idea about how to plan better, i.e, extra space for children to play, or a gym room which can be accommodated, or a prayer hall etc.) 6. Lastly, what kind of a design are you looking for? Do you want a minimal design with straight lines, or would you like something organic (with curves and arches) or a mixture of both? Or would you prefer something traditional, i.e architectural style prevalent in your country?( so that i can make a rough 3D)

  I'm an architect. Is the measurement is in metre* or in feet*? Also need the original plan to execute. I need the plan to build you home plan. I can also provide the structural calculations an drawing and also the 3D elevation view of the building.

  Dear Sir, I need few extra informations - do you have original plan or lot or something specific to work on? Is this one floor area or sum of all floors (and how many floors you want?) Could you clarify the sentence "Area to be left on front ,back,one side 5 feet each." Thank you for your time.

     It's is just a rough design I need but the dimensions should be accurate.and it's a 2 story house. And it's gov law here to leave the mentioned space in ground floor. And that area is for ground floor. Hope it solves your query
