Our site http://www.awesometesters.com will be launched in January and we want to revamp the home page
as things have changed since this was developed a year ago.

We want an expert UX designer to give a simple yet striking design. There are few things we are looking for.

1. We want to get rid of the search field and instead implement a similar search functionality as found on
the home page of http://www.linkedin.com

2. We want to get rid of the two right columns and replace it with a rotating content of pictures with texts, adverts, etc.
We want to retain the latest jobs section, but open for suggestion.

3. We also want the menu design improved. We are looking for you to guide us here as we have no preference.
But we like the design of hsbc.co.uk (particularly the incorporation of the logo at menu bar, the color, etc)

4. We are taking away the statistic displayed just above the menu (just so you know)

For inspiration and things that attract our attention, we advise to have a look at jobvite.com, hsbc.co.uk and reed.co.uk.
We are happy to reduce the logo size if required or change it all together.
