A real simple HTML\CSS page to say "try our new web product"

We currently have a windows product with a lot of whitespace in the home window. We want to use the available white space to let people know to try our web product. Your job will be to design an HTML/CSS page with this message to fill the white space. A screenshot of the windows product and an example HTML page is included in the attached zip file.

The design should be clean, professional and subtle. It should fit nicely in the windows product. While we want them to know about this option, we really do not want it to be aggressive-in-your-face as they'll have to look at it every time they open our application. (One idea to keep it subtle would be to display the title "Try MedFORCE in your Web Browser" with a down arrow next to it, that when clicked shows the rest of the instructions). The attached sample is not subtle or pretty, that's why I'm looking for help.

Basic Description (see the attachment for a sample):
The first line contains the title "Try MedFORCE in your Web Browser".
The next line displays the web address for the users to go to and it auto-highlights when clicked so they can copy it to their clipboard (it should not be a hyperlink).
The pictures on the left is the login screen the users are currently used to, we are trying to show they should type the username and password they usually type in the left into the new login screen on the right.
Then we tell them what their company prefix is - which is a field they did not previously have to enter in the old login screen.
And the following additional instructions: In order to use medforce web your medforce password must meet the following complexity requirements: If your password does not meet these complexity requirements you'll need to change your password

I was thinking of writing something more like "open a web browser from anywhere on any device" with some imagery to imply the same but that may complicate it to much so I'll leave that up to you.

Requirements:
The HTML/CSS page should work when opened directly from the filesystem just like the sample does (in other words it should not require being placed on a web server).
In addition to the HTML Please provide an image showing how it would look in the windows app, like the sample image in the zip.
