  Sorry to writing about winning entry, but dear contest holder i am amazed to see that you have chosen very immature design as winner, like the rounded text around the orange circle is not even aligned properly, i am sure once you maximize it you will going to find many errors in it, the text placing is also very kiddish, also as you requested to have the final source file in vector format- i doubt that this can be converted to vector and also i am not able to find the division1 school look n feel in this logo, Since i have got around 1 decade of experience doing these jobs i can tell you my design was far better then this, Anyways its your project and you are the judge.
