We require a Banner be designed for our website.

The website is a place for Property Managers to get quotes from Services Contractors.
We are after a banner that sits underneath the top page logo that gives the WOW effect.

The banner needs to grab the users attention and give them an idea of what the website does.
I have attached a mock up of what we are thinking.. however if you have a better idea, please give it a go :)
( you will need to simplify what we have attached)

The file needs to be in JPG, PNG, PDF and Photoshop format for later editing.
the exact dimentions must be as follows: 964 pixels wide by 273 pixels high

The website logo and theme is blue - same color as used in our example . please keep to a blue theme to ensure this matches the rest of our website.
