The library is called metachart and provides an abstraction layer for generating charts (time series, pie charts as well as Gantt charts) for web pages. An abbreviation is mc.

The logo should be defined in one layer of a size of 50x50 px with a transparent background and included in a banner with a maximum size of 280x70 px. The logo should be used standalone as an avatar or similar.

The banner will be on the left heading of the website and the background colours of the banner will be the basis the colour theme of a website template which will be defined later on basis of the banner. The provided format should be PSD or SVG.

I've submitted a .png version of a simple logo I put together for you. The submission form wouldn't allow me to send the PSD file, so just tell me if you like this concept, or maybe would like something changed, and I'll send you the .psd file some other way.

  You should raise a support ticket with your upload problem. But I think, you should not upload psd in a contest.

  I did yesterday, and I just got a reply. You're right, the psd file is sent once someone is selected as winner. Prior to that all submissions are .jpg or .png files. I'm just wondering why freelancer.com wouldn't display the picture correctly. I'll try converting it.
