We need a Logo/Banner for a web based Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system. The system is for the Rwanda Local Development Support Fund (RLDSF) http://rldsf.gov.rw and will monitor and evaluate projects, mainly Infrastructure Projects but there are also projects in the area of Social Protection Intervention

The topics of Local Economic (Infrastructure) Development (LED) Projects are:
- Transportation
- Agriculture
- Energy
- Water and sanitation
- Administrative infrastructure
- Schools
- Public health
- Environmental protection
- Economic investments
- Socio-cultural and tourism infrastructure
- Local infrastructure: Other

The topics of Social Protection Intervention are:
- Direct support
- Financial Services (Micro-credit, IGPs)
- Social protection: Other

The existing template (layout.png) has to be considered resulting in some restrictions:
- the maximum width of the logo should be 400px
- On the left there should be a quadratic logo (see example.png)
- Right beside the logo there should be text (see possible text fragments) and optional icons (preferred)

Possible text fragments are
- RLDSF
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Information System

The source files (preferred in SVG) have to be handed over.

UPDATE:
- Do NOT upload multiple images resulting in a slideshow.
- You HAVE to use layout.png as a background for your proposal.
