We want to refresh our current marketing brochure. I have uploaded a few brochures for your review. Here are some areas that we want to achieve with this upgrade.

A refresh so that our brochure is more modern

Color variations with our past templates, including our logo. Our logo currently includes brown colors, but we are open to changing the color of our brochure/logo to a better color that may not clash as much with pictures.

Software compatibility – the ability to use our brochure template in Adobe and Canva. Our office is considering moving away from Adobe so we need a template that can be used within the Canva platform.

Plug & Play - the brochure template does need to be easily compatible so that the template can be easily used for new property listings.

Landscape & Portrait - we will need a landscape and portrait version. You only need the portrait version for the contest, and we will want you to create a landscape version upon award of the contest.
