I'm looking for an experienced programmer or programming firm to construct a cloud system for the storage and synchronization of small clusters of data between multiple devices. Data is a series of recordings from a small sports monitor, should be no larger than ~5mb per test. This does NOT include the website design - only the cloud system itself.

I need it: Designed, Coded, Tested.

Price is totally negotiable. Please only serious applicants.
