  Important announcement: Please note that I'm not looking for existing theme, I can simply get a pro one from https://themeforest.net/ with less than $50 and customized it myself. This time I've simply rejected entries from who uploaded cheap templates, next time I'm going to report them which will definitely affects their reputation on the platform and it may result of closing their accounts. Please stick to the requirement and let me see some serious work so I'd increase the prize. You don't need to work on all the website, you'd simply create a layout, prototype with elements which I'm looking for e.g. buttons, tabs...etc. similarly to www.qt.io. Thank you.
