I need a logo for a new online shop.

The logo must be:
1. Simple
2. Nice & easy to remember
3. The online shop is a multivendor online shop, so it might contain any product and any services
4. The new online shop has also a chat option, so people can create a profile and can buy or sell items.
5. No special colors are selected, (send me different colors I can choose.)
6. We need a marketing icon for the brand as well. such as an animation or something to be able to use it instead of using always the name.
7. Focused on (O & O) might be a good idea. However, I am searching highly for perfect ideas.
8. Lets go toward brands, such as Amazon, Ebay, Otto, Notino & ...

There is no certain meaning behind it.
It's a completely new tone and new word with no meaning.

Clothes | Cosmetics and perfumes | Bag & Shoes | Electronics | Phone accessories | Small accessories | cool gadgets | juwerlies and accessories

We have our own graphic designer but we are looking for better and other ideas.
We need also all the , ai - eps - vector - photoshop and all the original files with commercial permission - open end. ( in order to be able to use it always in future for maybe in bigger places as well)
