Hello designers,

Please see the attached logo. This is our business logo and we want to keep this logo, but we need you to make the following changes to it.

- the black background needs to go and the logo needs to be on a white background, so maybe some color changes are required to look better on a white background.
- wording needs to be changed to "fresh tycoon.com".
- also need the logo to relate a little more to the word "tycoon", maybe you could have the cartoon face wearing a "top hot" like a wealthy tycoon would wear.
- no light or shade effects.

If you have any other great ideas that you feel could improve the logo feel free to submit them.
