I have a project to convert client from Joomla 1.5 to 3.1
I need a graphic designer who has experience with Joomla to create an original template based on the color scheme and photos provided by client.

The new template should utilize the colors that are currently on the communities entrance sign which is green and gold. Client wants clean white modern look using the green and gold as pop colors. Also, we want to incorporate the photography to have a sepia look to draw in a sense of elegance.

Wanting to portray a sense of old town historic charm.

I thought that you wanted to portray a sense of old town historic charm. For this you need a joomla template that also makes you feel that you have come back in history. But you rated 4 stars to those templates look brand new and for this generation. You should have mention that you need brand new template regardless of your theme so that I would have also made an advance looking template. Anyways atleast select a winner.
