Create a parallax scrolling wordpress theme that allows users to create pages like:

http://boy-coy.com/

Users should be able to fully customise what goes where, what scrolls how fast. This theme would be just a one-page theme.

I am leaving the implementation completely up to you. The winner may use parallax frameworks like Jarallax (http://www.jarallax.com/) in their design.
