  If you get a professional voiceover (Done already), you will attract more quality entries. The thing is that most professionals here create videos are not really voiceover experts. That's a different field. If you provide a professional voiceover for everyone to use you will attract ton more entries. You can get a professional voiceover for as little as $30. A professional one.
