I am looking for direct mail copy for a real estate postcard. Looking for something better than the lame template post cards my competitors send out each week. I am looking for something that is slightly out of the norm using humor, interesting facts, or current events. The goal is to create a postcard that will make people actually stop and read. The postcard copy does not have to be lengthy it can be billboard style (bold statement or single line of text) or just a couple of sentences, nothing longer than a paragraph. Emphasis on creativity more than word count.

I will create the layout and provide supportive graphics to complete the project.
