I want a custom artistic design for the front of a t-shirt. Here are the parameters:
- The t-shirt will be white so the design must show on white
- Will be screen printed, so the design limited in the number of colours that can be used. Current merchandise is simply in black outline drawings.
- my company is a yacht charter company, so designs should link to sailing or the sea, islands, marine life etc
- the t-shirt is for a specific event in the British Virgin Islands so designs can also link to aspects of life in the British Virgin Islands (desert islands, sailing yachts, turtles, reefs, lobster, snorkelling/diving, paddle-boarding, sea life/fish, rum etc)
- the t-shirt is also for New Years Eve so any theme relating to new year can be included although is not essential.
- I am looking for custom artistic, drawn/sketched designs (either by hand or on a computer), please don't send submissions simply superimposing our logo onto a stock image of a t-shirt!
- The company is called 'The Big Sail' and I have uploaded the logo but it is not essential that the logo is used.

I have an existing branded t-shirt simply with the company logo across the front already (see uploaded photo of the existing design). Feel free to use that as a basis to sketch and draw around - almost like a fun version of the current design, but the design doesn't have to feature the logo/brand name as I can put this on the back.

I have had one idea so far which is uploaded (file name is "under the sea"). It is currently a mash-up of different vector drawings from google, but I would accept a similar design if it was drawn from scratch. I am not looking for someone to superimpose the design I have already done onto a t-shirt - my design is a first attempt and I am looking for it to be re-drawn and improved upon, it is just an idea of what elements could be included (underwater scene below logo and sailing/island scenes above logo). Again, this is JUST ONE IDEA - all custom designs meeting the criteria in the bullet points above will be considered.

I require the final design in a vector format (Adobe illustrator) ready for printing. I have uploaded the illustrator file for the logo used on my current t-shirts. I am looking for the design of the front of the t-shirt only.
