CV review and overhaul

  Please note i need this CV in Microsoft word format, not pdf.
  Also note the requirement is not simply to copy and paste the current CV onto your template but i need the cv reviewed and reworded/restructured to give greater impact and win interviews.

     Hi, how are you? In my case I made it in Pages (Pages is the MacOs Microsoft Word), and I upload it in a PDF format because it's the option that you allows to.
     And for a restructured CV, it's necessary to talk with you, it's impossible to make it right without a feedback.
     You want something that is not easy to do, it's really hard to make it without any feedback, and just a .doc file with your experience.

  1. You wanted ms word format cv but upload is taking pdf file. so if you become pleased to see my pdf cv about you , you can convert into word file
  1. You wanted two cv of cyber security and risk management. But U didn’t attach any job position on it which is most important for you. My suggestion is to attach some position on it as present or previous job option which u can do it.
  2. Red color marks will be attached by you in cv

  Looking at your CV, It's clear to see you have extensive technical experience, however your post states you're looking to move into a senior role. These roles typically require a stronger focus on personnel management. We need to identify and highlight your strengths around this, so if you could share some more information on the different teams you have managed, that would be extremely useful.

     Hi, thanks for your feedback. My current role (2016 to present) involves 5 direct reports into me albeit virtually.
     My role from 2006-2008 had 2 direct reports
     Roles in between were all contract and while there was some people management , the focus was more on stakeholder management. I would like stakeholder management ti be clearly articulated in the cv as well. I is would also want achievements clearly articulated. Thanks
