I need 3D plans and 3D view of a small Passivhaus building project : 1 level office 600 m2, 2 levels apartments 600 m2, 1 open parking. Respecting the logical layers.

Processing the 3d model: modelling, materialization, camera and lights. Delivering AutoCAD and 3DsMax files.

Produce 2 photo-realistic souths and 1 norths, pretty realistic, like the accompanying examples, 2 inserts a photo of the street

From PDF files (good plans, Section and Elevations 1/50), annotated scan plans, and photos of the site.
