3d Scene preparations for product rendering in 3dsMax/V-Ray AND Blender/Cycles

We need you to prepare a model-mesh with proper topology (as few polygons as possible, preservng a realisitc look), from construction file.
We provide the construction file (*.step) of the device and some photos of the product sample, for you to recreate the material surface and colouring.
As well as a vector logo of the brand "Sportstech" that needs to be placed on the treadmill(see photos).
Aside from the control-panel that you need to recreate accoring to the photos, and the running surface pattern, there is no modeling involved.
Also we want you to keep the device in as many separate pieces/objects as possible (just group, what needs to stay together). As we need those parts separated for possible animation in the future.
We need you to set up 2 render ready scenes (cameras, decent lighting, neutral background) containing a properly textured polygon-model of this treadmill.
Materials/Textures/Lighting need to be set for VRay Renderer in 3dsMax(2017)
Materials/Textures/Lighting need to be set for Cycles Renderer in Blender.
Handover will be 2 files:
1. Archive containing *.max ( up to version 2017) as well as all used assets and used plugins
2. a *.blend with all maps embedded.
We're looking for a 3d-Artist capable of working within both environments Blender AND 3dsMax for future projects.
