I am in a need for an ICON to complete a project. The project is "Daily Bible Quotes (Verses)"

I need the icon in different dimensions as 3 different properties icons:
1) As a Regular square icon. 512 x 512 32-bit PNG (with alpha)
2) With Round Corners. 512 x 512 32-bit PNG (with alpha)
3) As a top Banner (1024 w x 500 h JPG or 24-bit PNG (no alpha) This doesn't needs to look the same as the main icon)

Each of these points is the same icon design but with different properties.
Colors and content needs to reflect the Catholic Church, and keep in mind is an The Bible Verse and quotes.
