Tóm tắt cuộc thi
finpension is a provider of retirement savings solutions. For the web application, we are looking for inputs regarding the UX in order to solve the following problems:
- A customer can have multiple investment portfolios. Therefore, the client should be able to select a portfolio, switch from one to another portfolio, add a portfolio and also choose a consolidated view. This is shown in the attached presentation on slide 1 just below the finpension logo on the top left (drop-down button with a plus sign). What would be a better approach for this functionality/navigation and where should it be positioned from an UX point of view?
- "Documents" and "Profile" don't belong to a specific portfolio but to the client. The profile information could be included in the navigation on the top right but where can documents be shown (see slide 2)? The top right navigation (shown in the example with "3a Vorsorgestiftung") is just one of several retirement solutions. Via this navigation, the customer can change to another product. Therefore, the profile information can be added there but the documents belong to the specific retirement solution (in this example "3a Vorsorgestiftung") and need to be shown somewhere else.
- The categories Allocation, Positions and Performance shown on page 1 should be shown on just one page called overview. How could this page/dashboard be designed (see example on page 3)?
- The design of the dashboard should be based on the CD/CI of the web presence ([login to view URL])
