So I need a really simple PHP snippet that does the following:
It need to echo the estimated delivery date given the following conditions.
1. Since the moment the client buys (right now) until the delivery date we need at least two days.
2. Weekends are extra days.
3. We need to add specific days (holidays) to count them as an extra day
4. If the current time is later than 13hs, it needs to add an extra day, unless it is on a weekend day.
That would be about it! Just write the snippet, if it works you'll be the contest winner :)
