I need a 6' x 10' (feet) banner designed to advertise open houses for real-estate. I want it to be simple, eye catching, and slightly abstract. I want it to have a silhouette of a 'house' with just the words "Open House" large within the design. I want the same cut-out in the corner with my logo like the picture I have attached. I want the same look as the Grand Opening I have attached, but I want it to be for an open house. Please let me know if you need any clarification and thank you in advance for your work on this.
