I need someone to design a Logo for a research company width: 766 height: 289

It should read Prairie Clinical Research

It should have a small Canadian flag and small saskatchewan flag (you can google this), in the corner it should match my current text theme on my website.. Green Yellow Red or similar.

It is a research company so research theme is what I'm looking for
