I need someone to design a binder cover and spine. The artwork will be printed and used as slip covers in the binders. Use your creativity. The cover will be printed on a 11" x 17" (portrait) card stock so the total binder cover design needs to be centered. The images to use on the cover are: Imperial Dade logo, the text "#T285" and "#TA560". Also include the text "ADOC Supply Contracts" and the shape image of the State of Alabama. The spine cover will be printed on 11"x17" cardstock (landscape) and should only contain the following: Imperial Dade logo and the text "ADOC" at the bottom. The binder spine is 2.5" wide x 11" length and there will be 6 sections cut from the cardstock. Will need jpg, pdf and eps files. Feel free to contact me.
