We are looking for a multi page brochure, with content and photos from our graphics library. The cover needs to portray a strong corporate image in the real estate industry based out of Utah, USA. Beaches and Skyscrapers are not prevalent in the region, so designs including these types of images will be disregarded.

A sample brochure from another region has been provided for reference "Book of Benefits", we are looking for our own brand, but content layout on the sample is an idea of the direction that would be acceptable.

The decision will be on an editable multi page template using Adobe or MS Publisher product. We will look at the cover and the interior as a whole in regards to the continuity of the publication.

Images provided are intended to provide some content idea placements allowing for a freelancer a better opportunity make the best presentation.

Images and content will be provided to the selected winner via email prior to award. It will be the designers responsibility to place content and images in the brochure for final award.

All material, templates, copy, known or unknown are to be transferred and solely owned by the purchaser.
