have a new business that is focused on private luxury residential management and personal concierge services. Im looking for some cutting edge design ideas to provide for marketing materials

i do not have text content yet, it is currently in write up now. no limit on orientation style etc, but should use something that can be standard or common sized so not to have problems getting printed by most local print services

  OK, thanks I'll use tri-fold 8.5 x 11 for now , tri-fold seems industry standard for these kind of things.

  I'm going to wait on the text content to get a better idea of what you need , I don't know whether you want a modern or traditional style "luxury" approach.
  I prefer creating bespoke design over templates, although I'm assuming you need this quickly judging by the contest time range.
