We are looking for someone to design a brochure for our Student lettings company.

It will be aimed towards landlords so needs to be professional, fresh and funky, a hard mix to get right

It needs to be a bi fold brochure with some simple information about us, our marketing and our costs all text will be supplied, we can provide our logo and a few other graphics if you like, you also need to take in to consideration that we are based in the UK and it will need to have UK Based graphics, it also needs to include the price list as included, you can split it up to the different packages but all needs to be provided, we would consider a booklet rather than a bifold but do prefer a bi fold leaflet.

We would like to include the colours from our logo which are orange & Grey, if you need any more details or guidence drop us an email

Please submit sample designs rather than empty proposals!

OK it seems that some of you are having a bit of a girllie spat, i suggest you submit or move on! I can assure you all that I will before anything is accepted,make sure that all images are not (C) and that there all high res, so leave the ins and outs to me!! I have eyes and can see what information has been included and which informtion information has been ommited. PLEASE LETS KEEP IT PROFFESIONAL and good luck, we have some really good designs and i would like to thank you all.

Thanks Ladies and Gents we have some good entries here, i shall also be looking at having some more work carried out by the contest winner, i have a number of leaflets and varying other items that need designing in the same style so good luck :D

Yes A4 is the prefferd size, we would also consider a multi page booklet as well but do prefer a bi fold, also tri fold is a possibility
