I'm looking for an flyer designed that will be directly mailed in window envelopes to potential customers.
The flyer is to be double sided, A4 size and be of professional, yet modern and upbeat design for a small accounting and bookkeeping firm.
I have attached a copy of a word doc "DISCOUNT.docx" that has the design we come up with but i would like it styled and a bit more eye catchy. I want to keep the "Dear Tax Payer" in the location it is as we are using window DL sized envelopes to mail these and i want it to catch peoples attention.
I need them to want to open the envelope.
On the reverse side i would like an article and advert for Nova Bookkeeping as attached "Nova - ISB 4(2)" but without the magazines details in the top right.
All logos have also been attached for your convenience.

I have attached all the text and format, but i just need a very small effort from someone to "Pretty it up" for me and so i'm expecting something cheap but i don't think there is a lot of work involved.

I need the finished copy in Printable PSD and PDF format please?

So you want to use DL 110x220mm envelopes with a window of 39x93, 18mm up - 19mm left and only the "Dear Tax Payer" part should fit in the window, is that correct?
