Tóm tắt cuộc thi
Conveyancing is the term for the legal and statutory processes required to effect the transfer of ownership of real estate from one person or entity to another. The preparation, execution, verification and lodgement of numerous legal documents are important elements of conveyancing.
A Conveyancer is responsible for: Certificate of Title searches, searches of government departments and local authorities, advice on the effect of the contract, preparation and certification of legal documents, stamping of required documents, preparation of settlement statements, liaison with mortgagee and financiers, buying & selling commercial & industrial property, commercial and retail leases, contracts for the sale or purchase of a business and
subdivisions and new titles.
I have called and registered my business name as 'Settle Petal Conveyancing'. Selling or buying property can be very stressful for people. It's typically their largest asset they will ever purchase or sell. It is a Conveyancer's role to ensure your property 'settles' and the property transacts successfully. In Australia, if someone should say "settle petal" to you, it would typically mean you are fired or wound up and you need to calm down. Settle Petal Conveyancing is a play on the Australian slang, meaning whilst selling or buying a house can be a stressful process, it certainly doesn't have to be as Settle Petal Conveyancing can take out all the headaches and ensure a smooth transaction with the financial institutions and the Certificate of Title is transferred into Your name.
I want my logo to be a simple, friendly and fun image. I want it to incorporate a flower with fuchsia pink petals, where some are still attached to the flower and 1-2 are falling off. I want one flower petal to change into a "Form 1" document, which is the legal document used in a sale or purchase of property.
When creating the logo, I want 3 images supplied. One complete image with the flower and the business name, a flower on its own and one Business name on it own.
Thank you in advance and I look forward to reviewing your creation!
