  looks like you already have the the whole thing designed, what more do you need done? just formatted to the size you need? kind of confused here, can you provide clearer instructions? do you just want the information translated from your Website to the flyer?

     Please keep in mind that the text is very important while designing the flyer. If there is significantly more or less text, maybe some bullet points too we might have to change the entire design. I will try a design with the given text but without the actual one I have no guarantee it would the same. That's the main reason everybody is asking for the text. Thank you.

  You have to use the text from the pdf/word it will be edited by us later, but the ammount of text remains somewere the same so you can use this for example now
