I have had someone try to design a flyer for us, on the front with images it looks good.

You do not have to design everything all over. I like the front, however I feel like the text needs to stand out more.

The Back, needs to be redesigned, the only thing that I want there is the photo, otherwise use your imagination to create a flyer.

We are Miami Luxury Real Estate Company so air for this aspect.

Once we are done, we need front and back in 2 different files, so that I can submit for printing.

Two nice designs.

I do like the original front page, just need to adjust the text as it needs to be more noticeable, especially the number.
