     Another idea is to make the apron more dress-like so there's a figure. The color and design are very nice though.

  After 33 entries, our favorites are #17 and #30. Here is why we like them:
  - They evoke images of home cooking. The blog author is NOT a professional chef.
  - They show some creativity. We would prefer the logo NOT be just an image next to some text.

     Thank you for your submission, but we have four issues with it:
     - It is too masculine -- the author is a woman
     - The author is not a professional chef -- the blog is about home cooking
     - We do not like the chicken because many vegetarian recipes appear in the blog
     - We think the C is too big

     - This is a recipe blog, we would prefer the logo to include something related to home cooking -- like kitchen utensils, aprons or fruits and vegetables.
     - We do not like pictures of meat, since many vegetarian recipes are on the blog.
     - We like modern, clean design and girly designs, since this blog is written by a woman.
