C.O.B.D. logo design needed

I need to design a logo for a company newly established in Canada. The company name is "Canadian Online Business Development incorporation" (C.O.B.D.) . The company's purpose is to build online businesses based on Internet innovations, and online ideas that facilitate everybody's life.
The logo should reflect both identities:
• Canada
• Online Business (the Internet - Digital …), Innovations
I need some creative ideas for the logo, mixing the Canada Maple leaf (or part of it) with something that resembles the "Online" world, and innovation.
Slogan: Innovating Online Businesses

Colors: Suggested colors maybe one or a mix of : Red, Grey Silver, Gold, white and/or blue

Deliverables:
I would need 2 versions of the same logo, one normal version, and the other "Flat" which suits the latest trends in Web Design. Please do not use any 3D effects in the logo.
A special characteristic font is to be uses for both writing the company name and the slogan
I would need the original layered PSD logo in both versions, and original fonts used to write the name.
Revisions: please let me know how many revisions you will give me till I am satisfied
