Hello,
I need a logo designed for a website called www.copybound.com, which will become a copywriting service/blog website. I want the logo inspired by one of the two examples below.
1.) Destined—for example: a ship bound for the coast...
For example, you could extend a spyglass on the top of the "C" in copybound while using an adventurous looking font (see the font.jpg image attached).
2.) Spellbound--for example: spellbound by magic...
In which case, you could add an image that supports this theme such as a magic wand. Just make sure it looks professional and not corny.
You choose what idea you would like to use.

Another option: add a compass between copy and bound. The website uses #3399cc color, so keep that in mind.

The logo will represent a copywriter, one who writes print and online advertisements. This has nothing to do with a copyright or its symbol!
