I am looking for someone to design a logo for a new wine related business. The business name will be Peritus Wines. The logo will be used initially on the website shown in the screen shot, however it will also be used on company stationary, advertising and communications. I would be happy for the logo to either incorporate the text 'Peritus Wines' or to leave it out, I consider this a decision for the winning bidder to make.

I'm very open to any suggestions or designs, it needs to be related to wine in some respect, but I have no preconceptions beyond that. I would like it to include some colour, however it may need to be shown in black & white on some occasions, so the colour needs to work in greyscale.

The image of the business that I would like to convey is professional and expert, however not 'stuffy'. The business will be providing wine advice and experiences to the general public, it is not necessarily aimed at the wealthy.

I would like the final logo to be provided as a high resolution png or other vector graphic file.
